Additional Terms

  • Earrings sold as a pair must be returned as a pair. If only one is returned, a full credit will not be able to be issued unless both are returned.
  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to have the item repaired or replaced if the item fails to be of acceptable quality.
  • A manufacturing fault refers to a defect in materials or workmanship that excludes damage caused by wear, impact, or improper care.

Sterling Silver Warranty

Our sterling silver pieces are covered under the same 12-month warranty ensuring peace of mind for any manufacturing issues. Please note that tarnishing and general wear and tear are not considered manufacturing faults and are not covered under warranty.

Sterling silver naturally changes over time, with its finish gently evolving based on your unique skin chemistry, how often you wear it, and how it's stored. The beauty of silver is that it loves to be worn - your skin's natural oils can actually help slow tarnishing and keep your jewellery glowing. We recommend giving your silver a gentle polish with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.

If your piece is outside of the warranty period, we offer a dedicated repair service.
